Business Developer

Essential Job Functions:
In this exciting position, you will gain extensive knowledge of the ACE cutting edge products; Conduct market research to identify potential ACE clients; Generate new business opportunities through outbound campaigns; Build relationships with potential client companies; Identify client challenges and business needs and opportunities to sell the ACE products and services; Drive the generation of revenue through closing business deals
Required Skills and Experience:

Software Architects
ACE has several openings for software architects.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for pre-sales support, requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, project management, documenting, mentoring, training and client management. Must have a deep understanding of either Java/J2EE or Microsoft.NET technologies; ideally the candidate is familiar with both. Must have experience building non UI-related code such as servers, web services or Windows services. Must have experience using an iterative development methodology and experience using automated unit testing.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proactive, organized and motivated person with 4+ years of experience developing web-based and non web-based systems
- Strong architectural design skills with experience developing complex systems
- Strong OO analysis, design, and development skills
- Experience gathering and documenting system requirements
- Ability to design basic information architectures and create sophisticated JSP or ASPX pages
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, transfer prior experience, and mentor developers in new situations
- Experience successfully managing technology projects with medium to large teams
- Ability to manage and maintain client relationships
- - Ability to assist selling project-based work by participating in the sales cycle (e.g. presenting in presales meeting, writing of proposals, calculating development estimates)
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Familiarity with current industry trends including commercial and open source initiatives
- Experience building sophisticated J2EE and/or .NET applications
- Experience using agile development methodologies such as RUP, XP or SCRUM
- Hands-on experience designing and developing current, complex systems
- Experience designing and building web services
- Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering is desirable

Essential Job Functions:
Will develop computational models and consult to Fortune 500 senior and mid-level management on their use and interpretation to explain sales and answer business questions. Some travel.
Required Skills and Experience:
Solid knowledge of some or all of the following
- mathematical programming (optimization)
- statistics (e.g. know SAS) programming
- simulation (e.g. Arena)
- data mining (CHAID, clustering, neural networks, market basket, nearest neighbor, genetic algorithms)
- Advanced statistics, operations research, or quantitative business degree.
