Computing Overview

ACE systems and technologies have their foundations in mathematics, computing and modeling, on which basic tools such as optimization, simulation and statistics are built. We apply these tools to model problems in such areas as transportation, manufacturing, distribution, finance, and marketing.

Middle Tier - communications, networking, interfacing

ACE middleware is concerned with things like communication infrastructures, modeling languages and systems. It is an interface part that bridges front-end modeling and consulting with computational tools.

Back End - underlying computational tools and solvers

ACE “Underlying Tools” ranges from such core areas as mathematical programming, simulation, and statistics.

Front End - high level modeling

The highest level in ACE computing business hierarchy is concerned with modeling and is the part that directly interfaces to consumers who use models for daily analysis. See industries for where our customers are from.
